Re: Rolex tickets go on sale Monday

Plus the only way to get tickets is to pay the $19. I remember when tickets for the entire weekend cost $40 (that included general admission and seating in the bleachers) and parking was $1 a day. Of course, that was the long format and stadium was held on grass. I'm a geezer.

Ordered my tickets. I'll skip showjumping unless it's really a nail biter, then I'll just do general admission they day of and watch on the jumbotrons. What kills me is the $9 convenience charge and the $10 processing charge. WTF is a convenience charge????

Kelo, thanks a ton! Yes, Bob's sire was a TB, so he was a true registered Appendix. I'm just learning how to read pedigrees and I find this fascinating. I know more about TBs than I do QHs. One more question. What do you mean by "foundation breeding?"

The horse I'm interested in is Benlou Glo Squirt. I've always been curious as to why she was picked so thought maybe she had some stellar QH bloodlines. His sire's father was Foolish Pleasure, 1975 Derby winter. I wonder if Bob was bred to be a racing QH.

The only time clothes shrink is when you don't want them to shrink. In the case of the sweater, wash it and dry it on normal temps. If it shrinks, great, if it doesn't, you won't ruin it. And if you ruin it, you can donate to Goodwill or Salvation Army. They sell unwearable clothing to recycle vendo...
