Re: March on into spring (March/April goals)
Heddy- I'm so sorry about your Father's passing. My grandmother was similar, pushed a lot of people away and her life was sad at the end. Sometimes we just hope they finally do find some peace and freedom in the passing. Hugs. Khall-sorry about Henry. I know you will do what you think is best. Mount...

Re: March on into spring (March/April goals)
Blob, I'm doing that four week protocol right now, although I suppose slightly slower because I did a week and a half of just the belly band. But my plan is to continue now with both bands and stay consistent for the next 2 and 1/2 weeks as I do think it's helping. I think it's likely that he's goin...

Re: March on into spring (March/April goals)
Well today was certainly interesting. It started off with me adding the butt band to the equiband (For the last week and a half or so I was just using the belly band.) I had it fairly loose to start. I use it as a warm up in hand. So first the belly band for 5 minutes and then the butt band for prob...

Re: March on into spring (March/April goals)
So funny enough one the things I'm enjoying at the new barn, is the time alone ha ha. At the new barn, evenings and weekends can be busier but right now I ride two mornings a we...

My daughter is as tall as me now! Which isn't tall actually, plus she's riding ponies or small horses anyway. Well I added double of the same photo. This was her first canter in this mare, very opposite of the gypsy in every way. Re: March on into spring (March/April goals)
The mare she rides in weekend lessons. She's older, 17 and has a little hock arthritis but she's very sweet. She's extremely sensitive souled but my daughter gets along very good with her. They mostly do "flatwork" with poles but they are starting to add in tiny crossrails occasionally.

Re: March on into spring (March/April goals)
She's working on sitting in a little more at the canter but she's really doing well, his canter is not easy as it's that rocking horse type. She was trying out his curb but because sometimes the owner rides him in that for trail rides so wanted my daughter to be comfortable with it as well.

Exvet I see! I suspect Lynx has an over production of mucus from allergies as well. Being in the West doesn't help with all the smoke we can often have, even blowing in from other states. I hope to get him scoped at some point but for now we will see what the Zyrtec and extra omega 3's do. It sounds...
