i've owned 2 ansur saddles; used them on a wide variety of horses. one hors got a sore back--he was used to a western saddle. i didn't like the ansur company. imo, customer support sucked. hope they've improved! there are other treeles saddles i like bettwr.

didnt watch breaking bad, liked shetland a lot-- and i've started fast-forwarding through almost everything i watch on netflix. i'm not as patient as i used to be-- life is short, right?

anniversaries can be tough! my horse Gristle died on dec 12, 1916. and on dec 12, 1917, her best buddy spent the day hanging out in gristle's favorite place.

me too, koolkat-- and yanking on that shanked bit looked very practiced, like he did it a lot!

linden, i don't know if this is true for you, but for me, the holidays are my worst time of year. they are filled with 'aniversaries' of awful family stuff i don't consciously remember --but subconsciously i sure do!

this week it took me 3 days to get out to the barn to groom

Angfreda - LOL! I'm also short at 5'2" and have the same issues with the tall shelves. So I climb them literally. I've done it in the tall freezer section too which was pleasant during the hot summer temps. :lol: :lol: me too! it's nice to know i'm not the only short person who climbs the shel...

i had a local carpenter make an insulated bucket holder from plywood & i inch foam. works great! like wicky, i add hot water once or twice a day when it's really cold.

flight, the slash is the debris --bark, slivers, dirt, etc-- that gets delivered with the firewood. really annoying combing it out of the grass!
