Hello. I haven’t posted in a bit. I unfortunately lost my horse Jan 2022. I do still pop on here from time to time though. Would love to still be a part of this

Re: Anyone make bridles a la the now closed Jerrie's harness?

I have a double bridle and reins made by Pariani. The leather is amazingly soft and the quality is excellent!

Oops….just remembered you asked for US made lol! Well….if you decide for one not in that category, check Pariani out ;-)

I have Tred Step Donatello’s that are like the hunter ones. I LOVE them. Such easy break in. Zipper works well. No leather pressure on the front part of my ankles. Very happy with them

I went through my closet and still had my older show breeches. They’re On Course full seat ones. Tried them on and was like …man they’re still nice and stretchy and comfortable! Lol

I hate when breeches are tight over my knees and these aren’t. That stinks they’re not still available

Energy levels as you age

Hi all :) I’ll be 50 this coming August. I’ve noticed the last year or two my energy levels, compared to before, are going down the drain. TMI, but for reference for the ladies...yes, I entered menopause in 2018. I’m trying to get back on taking my vitamins regularly as the past year or two kind of ...

Several years back I used to go and audit clinics that Charles deKunffy used to give in North East Ohio. (I didn’t have the $$ to ride) I witnessed him get on several horses to help riders out. He had a very effective and educated seat and aids IMHO. I personally am still in awe at how he is able to...

I haven’t joined Matt and Jesse’s new site, but have watched a lot of their regular YouTube videos. I view it as entertainment...not so much education. I enjoy it for what it is, although I’m not convinced I want to pay for it.

I received a subscription to WeHorse and enjoy that.

Outdoor cat deterrent

Hello :) We’ve got someone’s outdoor cat that is liking to come up on our porch and spray....knowing we have a fixed male cat indoors. :x I love cats and am not wanting to hurt it, but this has got to stop. Any suggestions? I was thinking wolf pee granules or something as a perimeter around our porch.

Re: Christ Lammfelle bareback pad - anyone used one?

I have a Christ dressage bareback pad. It's made extremely well, super comfortable, and warm when it's cool out. My horse has prominent withers, so I add a regular dressage pad w fleece padding on the underside for added cushioning.
That other one posted on here looks pretty cool also! :)
