Yes, go here https://www.riderpilatesclub.com/ and scroll down to the 5 day challenge and enter your name and email and sign up (she's probably extending it a bit) and then you'll be able to get her 3 for 2 course block or just buy 1 course to see how you like it.

Re: riding fitness programs?

I'm doing Rider Pilates at the moment and the strength courses that Jess developed to accompany the Pilates sessions. I'm really enjoying the courses and my results. It's been eye opening how much the Pilates courses have allowed me to feel my imbalances in the saddle. Look at riderpilatesclub.com. ...

Re: Experience with Duette saddles

I got a Duette Encore for Rustle a couple summers ago. I feel very comfortable and secure in it, Rustle goes well in it and it was in my saddle budget price-wise. I did trade in the fitter who sold it to me for a better one though and now Rustle likes it even more. I have one gripe about it and it's...

This is an update. I bought 2 of Dr. Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis DVDs. I thought if they were geared for arthritis then I wouldn't get hurt. I've been doing the 12 lessons but Tai Chi moves slow so learning the moves is a slow process but I LOVE it. To me it seems that my legs will really get strong...

If I got a cookbook of my grandmother's recipes, I would be thrilled. There's no way it can happen though because she took them to her grave. Because of that, I wrote down my mom's sauce, meatball and manicotti recipes.

Gypsy was a loner and low mare on the totem pole in group turnout. When I moved her to the place with individual paddocks, she got friendly with Mystery until they moved Winston to the paddock on the other side. Gypsy liked Winston better. He taught her how to snorkel in their shared water trough. T...

Please don't use essential oils near cats. Their livers can't break them down so the oils just stay and build up to toxic levels. I had an animal communicator recommend a few of them for my cats but after doing the research, I decided against them. Per a client who's had Lyme disease since she was 1...

Hope you're ok. Rustle sppoks at air sometimes so I've gotten in the habit of warning him about stuff. Like when we go past the micro pigs, I tell him pigs on the left/right depending on how we're approaching them.

I know someone who would just put both bits in her horse's mouth but only have reins attached to the snaffle to get her horse used to 2 bits. Might be worth a shot to break it down into smaller steps.

I love trail riding. This summer's goal was to get Rustle on the rail trail across the street from the farm and he's been awesome. I can't get him to cleanly walk over poles in the ring but he'll pick his feet up to get over a downed tree. He's either too smart for his own good or gets bored easily.

I have a 5 year old Gateway desktop computer. It's got the i7 Intel core chip set CPU @2.8 GHz, 8 GB RAM running 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium SP1. It isn't a touch system.

Wondering if upgrading to Windows 10 is worth doing. Opinions appreciated.
