Holy crap!! It sounds like the outcome was as positive as ANYONE could hope for, given the circumstances. Some days, even with a fairly laid back horse, all you can get is 5 minutes of focused work. So to get that with a very tense horse with some fear issues after experiencing a boat load of stress...

Flight - that's why I love video. You get so used to things feeling a certain way and then when you watch the video you see things you couldn't feel - like subtle losses of straightness.
