I have purchased several LeMieux saddle pads and they are by far the best pads that I have ever used.
The D ring attachment is the best thing since sliced bread.
Color is true to the advertisement.

Can we talk more about ramps? I finally got a horse trailer this year and am wishing that I got a model with a ramp. Which brands have lower ramps? My friend has a Sundowner and it seems very steep. I have two issues with rolled bridles - the ones I have seen have buckles at the poll and they are not that adjustable. The other is that I have seen horses get sore at the poll where the buckles go.

They are very pretty, though.

I second the Passier. They are $80 brand new and totally worth it. I had my stirrups off my saddle today (lunging a naughty one) and
I checked them for stretching when I put them back on. After at least 4 years, they are still perfect.

Trees can be replaced, so don't write the saddle off yet. If it is a model/style that fits your horse, it may be worth your while to have it fixed. One of my guys has a chronic eye issue and he pretty much lives in his fly mask year round. About the only time he goes without is in the winter, when there is absolutely no wind. I even ride him in a fly mask on windy days.
