OK, what IS for dinner? I ate the better part of three boxes of Girl Scout cookies last week. No willpower whatsoever. Today, I walked four miles. Dinner tonight is baked pork chops in Dijon and Italian bread crumbs and a salad. Probably another two or three mile walk after that!

No oven is tough! I usually use a seasalt, rosemary, garlic and cracked pepper rub on pork loin roasts, but I'm not sure how you do it without an oven. ... This Smoked Pork Chili is very good. Maybe you can adapt it. Rockabilly posted it originally, then bascar re-posted it, if I remember correctly....
