or purchase the oversize and trim equal amounts from each side rail (a table saw makes this an easy trim)... 35" ...take 1/2 off each side rail... but most likely you would need an amount greater than just the minimum to fit into the opening

Aimee's Golden is a Reading Therapy Dog ... she is trained to focus her attention on a child who is trying to read aloud (like that took all of about thirty seconds for Sucha to learn) .... but Sucha likes being with the kids.

your dog has to become a student.... Daughter challenged her class if they scored 100% on her biology test then she would bring her dog to class (Susha is a certified therapy dog --that is the vest she has on)... of course her classes jumped at the chance corrected photo, and I have a signed release...

Just a suggestion since this is going to be a mixed relationship purchase would it be wiser to make the purchase as a S Corp.... each of you could have shares of ownership with specific direction by the corporation on how the shares could be bought/sold/exchanged.... might be a way to sidestep some ...
