Sometimes people in organizations fail to realize that a volunteer is not an employee. Also, sometimes volunteers fail to understand how darned hard it is to get people to just follow a few simple rules that might seem silly but allow the system to function. It was a good day here. Found out that the paperwork for the refugee family we're sponsoring might take only 5 months, not 8, to get through. We can do nothing to help them from this end. We have to get them here. They are in a seriously precarious situation, so every day is a bonus.

Recently changed to Bravecto for Paris. We're also in PNW "flea and tick country" and this has worked the best. She is actually allergic to flea bites, so I know immediately if we have an issue.
