Re: Moving as a Senior: Advice Please

I never expected to have property in FL - even though I had visited a friend in Wellington once or twice a season for a few days or a week at a time. I enjoyed it, but never thought I would enjoy it day to day. But two years ago I spent ten days in Wellington, taking an art course in Palm Beach. I m...

When I was working in NYC, I had a small tank at work and a 55 gallon at home. The work tank had aggressive fish, to match the atmosphere at work. The home tank had fish named after other animals - cardinal tetras, zebra, catfish, horse faced loaches... it was a well planted tank and a pleasure to w...

St Elsewhere! One of my all time favorites. I thought it was about me, and my experiences as an intern and resident, but we never had such a handsome doc like Mark Harmon. What an incredible cast - so many went on to do great stuff.

Did you read The House of God?

It is actually a grab bar that I use as a rack. It is great. Just tell them that you want a grab bar parallel to the floor!

That reminds me - I'm buying a small place in Wellington, and will have to make sure it has a grab bar (or two)! Cheap to add, but I may have to do it.

The problem with shelves is that they tend to collect water especially if you have bar soap. Nevertheless, I had one put in because I liked the look, rather than baskets. So I vote for a shelf.
