Rats are a whole 'nuther issue, as my mother would say. I had barns at three different farms and never had a rat problem until I built a fourth barn with a cement floor. The neighbors called them "slab rats" and they definitely tunneled under the cement slab. Ick! Went to the pound and ado...

OMG, this is one of the funniest posts I've seen in a long time. They are MICE folks! Kill them however you may (IMHO, the stickie traps are awful), but kill them. They are prolific and filthy. They carry diseases. I had field mice as pets for many years running, releasing them to the fields of a ne...

OH that brings back the horror of my old Tarlo slipping and falling in an icy/watery pasture. I tried and tried and tried to help him up, but he'd keep slipping. I ran to call a neighbor. By the time he arrived, by sheer will, Tarlo and I had slipped/slid him to where he could get literally a toe-ho...

After reading the McCabe book and understanding the rigorous work involved with finding the deleted emails and analyzing ALL the 60K emails, I'm furious with the use of a private server by any public servant. Inexcusable. As I read page after page of the effort needed to recover eight years of email...

"Just because an "investigation" didn't find HC guilty doesn't mean that someone couldn't feel that she was 'guilty'." Of course. My question was rhetorical. Our system of law and order is set as it is. For instance, I believe OJ was guilty as hell. However, HC and the investigat...

How is it the lengthy investigation into all the above failed to find her guilty of the charges you present? And by these rightly rigorous standards, you of course, couldn't have voted for Trump, so you didn't vote? Or voted for Stein or Johnson?
