Oh my gosh, I completely forgot. Not around my house, but om introduced me to my current instructor. When I was riding om's horses after her brokeback mountin' episode, I took some lessons with her. That was all she wrote! We are still going strong.

I think there may be good chiros who are more PT-like. But that being said, I would go to a PT. And there are good PTs and not good PTs. But as a patient, you also have to do your part. We have a friend who is an excellent PT and wonders why people waste so much time and money going simply to doctor...

Stovetop for me, who has space for any more things that have one purpose? Plus, we don't eat that much rice. It cooks perfectly on the stove in half the time.

The Instant Pot is intriguing as I've been using my crockpot a lot this year and would like something that cooks a little faster.

Ouch!! I had a fractured pinky toe from a horse 3 years ago and I dropped a 45 lb weight plate on the big one last Feb. I feel your pain. It takes a while but you can do stuff while it's healing. Just try not to overdo it.
