I agree that Capstone's horse should be a bridle model. Gorgeous! (and I usually don't like bling....but since I have a very white grey horse you've got me thinking about it!).

Curry-flavored braised or carmelized cabbage is great. I also like raw or lightly dressed (in a vinaigrette) cabbage in tacos/lettuce wraps.

Fennel is great braised or raw in a citrus salad.

Overall goal is to continue my commitment to genuine connection. It is tricky with Emi because she is comfortable and easy to do a lot with even when she is not connected! However, my increased understanding of just how much more active her hind legs can be is motivating me to say let's improve this...

Rosie, I'm glad the Sternberg videos of his young horse were inspiring. I thought they might be! I love Bliss's color this time of year, too.
