well at least she will come in. I arranged to drop off my computer etc and the IT guys never showed. I left my keys and computer with the front desk guard.

Dont make celebration plans for the weekend next week. Celebrate on Monday when you appreciate that you are not needing to go in

make sure your PT has a shoulder specialty. A frozen shoulder can be quite a beast. I would make sure I had the most focused work group. My last surgeon only did shoulder work.

Reaching was the most challenging activity for me as well. I did a lot of short distance reaching in my work and some days it was all I could do to work on the bench for an hour or two. I Have good reach and pull now, but still struggle with push away or push up. That will probably not come back fully

I usually tip the equivalent of $5. It is usually advised to put it under a pillow on the bed.

yes tax here is based on area, region city and state. you can add tips on to credit card charges, they dont have to be in cash. I like the highlights on the horse which are present in the BW and which, on my screen, the color does not have. The background on the BW,however, feels a bit wrong for this shot. I think the background feels too busy in BW and sort of detracts. In color it highlights the horses own color very well....

Since he owner was involved a bit, I suspect they already knew something was going wrong. I would drop by at a less busy time and talk to the owner. the waitress is a marginal performer, per your previous experience and obviously her service was impacted by something. we all have horrible rotten day...
