For my older boy who doesn't drink enough water in the winter became much better when I started to warm his water, and feed him soaked beet pulp.

Thanks, everyone :) That was what I was hoping I don't remember my other boys doing this when they were young but that was a long time ago now. He definitely feels good :)

Thank you, Dr.Reeds#3-, vitamins and minerals seem to be chocker blocked full of ingredients with no stabilizers, added grain, milling by-products or molasses. it's expensive though. it's roughly $60 per horse a month. The hay I bought is clean but from last year I was hoping to keep sugars out. tes...

Ohh this is so inspiring!! Thank you for sharing! I am trying to incorporate weight lifting only now to build some strength, but being flexible is also part of the equation for longevity I would think. Do you all do this too?

Ohh, that's amazing!! Speaking of weight training I have been watching a few ladies in their 60's and 70's who are absolutely lean fit and well defined! I am so inspired by them and their lifestyle:) Maybe this is the fountain of youth to cross-train with weights and riding..
