Try Urea 40% foot cream. Available on Amazon and probably other places. This is what my podiatrist recommends.

Re: Riding in southern Spain

I will be staying in Carmona so I guess I will be riding at Epona. My dressage skills are gone since I have not ridden in years but will enjoy riding for fun on fabulous horses anyway. I live in the South so hot weather is not a big issue.
Thanks for the information.

Riding in southern Spain

Hi - I will be able to have a free afternoon to ride in southern Spain near Seveille. Has anyone visited this area and gone riding? This is the area for the Andalusians so I would love to be able to ride one of this breed. My riding skills are very low so this would just be pleasure. Thanks for any ...

I would ask about a topical anesthetic gel or cream to numb the pain.

Organic Valley has "Grassmilk". I see it in the local Publix stores here in GA. Don't know if it is creamtop - why is that a problem?

You should look yours up on the website. The list of models I had seen did not include mine but when I put in my model number, it was on the recall list.

Next time tell them to give you a femoral nerve block to do the surgery and control the pain in the immediate post-op period. I never had general anesthesia for my knee surgeries.

Re: Question about vertigo and the heart

You might want to have her seen by an ENT who has an interest in vertigo. There are many possible causes, and a good history can separate out those that are inner ear related from those that are heart related. For example, the room spinning is not typical for heart, greying out and falling down is ...

Take 800mg of Ibuprofen every 6 hours and see if that helps and doesn't bother your stomach. Most people don't take enough.

Years ago I communicated by e-mail and phone with a man I met online. He lived in New York; I'm in Ohio. We were absolutely on the same wavelength. We liked the same things, understood many of the same obscure references, and had similar senses of humor. More than once he called my home phone when ...

Re: Home Buying

Why on earth would you ever buy a house based on where your horse was boarded? What if the barn burns down? What if the barn is sold? What if your horse dies? What if the board goes up 100%?
You buy a house where it works on all fronts for you - financial, friends, family, interests, etc. Think!

On the flip side, I usually know within 10 seconds if there's nothing. I am confused. What was happening between 10 seconds and five minutes? 4 min and 50 s...

I have to buy it for a cake I bake once or twice a year and only use a 1/4c. I freeze the rest or that's $$$ down the drain. Literally.

How do you freeze it? In small amounts in a plastic freezer-safe container? This is good to know!

I don't know who is suggesting surgery but if has not been worked up by a neurosurgeon, I wouldn't get ahead of myself. As a person who has had successful major back surgery (L1-L5 fusion, I would not recommend rushing into anything if the only symptom is a sore back.
