Re: Terror in Paris
Bombing is not going to solve the problem. The problem is youth who see no future. This is what needs to be addressed. I disagree--that's way too simplistic. Religious ideology can make a huge difference in how youthful energy is directed. Islam has never been a religion of peace and never modified...

It's not one or the other. There's plenty of money, but Congress, Republicans in particular, block the bills that would help veterans. Write your congressional representatives and TELL THEM to stop blocking bills that will fund programs to help veterans.

Re: What is your feeling on refugees?
I think the recent paranoia about Syrian refugees plays right into ISIS's hands. It serves ISIS to have the western countries go into panic and fear about these immigrants, builds a deeper divide between Islam and Christianity; may even increase the numbers of new ISIS recruits. This is a real prob...

And government shouldn't be defining what marriage is. That is up to religions. If she continues to watch Fox "News" when it broadcasts this kind of hateful idiocy, in my book she's a knucklehead ass. She may have a bit of kindness in her, but it doesn't make up for supporting (by watching) the hateful rhetoric that comes out of Fox every day.
