I run 3x a week. Training for my half, I did 2 short runs (5k, leading up to 6.5 and 8K "short" runs) and one longer run. I never added more than 1 mile (1.6k) to my long run each week. There are many training plans out there for running 5k, 10k, halfs, etc. It helps having a plan. I used ...

I'm only getting 4-5 days per charge but I do have mine so it syncs constantly.

One mile is not enough. I trained for a half marathon this summer/fall and didn't drop a pound (50 and menopausal). I have heard caring for a doll makes many women with dementia very happy. She can dress and undress, "bathe" it with wet wipes (or a dry wash cloth), rock it, sing to it, etc.

The fitbit syncs with your phone by bluetooth, but the phone then syncs with your online account by data or wifi.

I finally feel like I can call myself a runner. Ran my first half marathon two weeks ago! :D I was told, if you are out there running, you are a runner. It doesn't matter how fast or slow you are, you are a runner.
