Yeehaw, Kelo!!! Many congrats! Darn, I love that little horse, Ironbessflint :) I ran round this morning getting things done so I could go ride this afternoon, but it was not to be as I got home to find two guys finishing the cabinetry in my master bedroom, and, having sat here at my desk listening ...

Re: Keep Calm and Canter On: May and June Goals and Progress

I was saying to my trainer in my last lesson that I was really enjoying a low-pressure, no showing summer--everything around here got cancelled. and none of us are up for traveling out of state (and we really aren't welcome anywhere else, anyway with our dismal COVID stats.) It's nice to be able to ...

Ugh. Tis the season. Glad he is feeling better. Why? Because the weather is getting hot and humid? Ariel colicked when there was about a week of hot (over 90) and humid weather. I'm always on highER alert during that type of weather. Big swings in temperature are what seem to get us here. I think t...

Our privileged world has been well and truly kicked off it's axis. Even sleepy Salt Lake City is under curfew from 8pm to 6am every night this week. Downtown got wrecked on Saturday. Aleuronx, at least she has one--Laddie's seems to have fallen, or been rubbed, out.
