Re: Netflix--DVDs or streaming?
I signed up for the DVD service--first month is free. I am concerned about the loading/buffering, plus I can waste a lot of time watching bad tv/movies. This way I limit myself. My first order is Peaky Blinders, as mentioned in the "what are you watching" thread. I signed up just to watch ...

Netflix--DVDs or streaming?
It seems there's lots of good stuff on Netflix. Streaming is $7.99 a month, and DVDs are $4.99 (the basic plans). I'm sure I'm going to sign up, but for which one? I have Amazon Prime, and cable, but there are movies and shows that are exclusive to Netflix. How is the streaming? My Internet is decen...

Ooooh, Peaky Blinders sounds wonderful. I'm in the U.S. and Amazon Prime has series 1 and 2 for $11 each. A bit more expensive than Netflix, but less temptation.

I started watching Timeless, about a trio that uses a time machine to hunt down a criminal. Except we don't know what the criminal does, or why he tries (and sometimes succeeds in) changing history. I also love Elementary, as long as I ignore that the leads are named Sherlock Holmes and Joan Watson....

Thanks Canyon. I will pick up polar fleece. My machine is so old that it doesn't have a zig zag. I assume the fleece would go on the inside, against my skin.

Can these be saved? The rest of the breeches are in excellent condition. I suppose I could get some kind of stretch material and have the dry cleaner sew a patch on the inside. Has anyone successfully done this? The breeches are On Course, I'm guessing Cotton Naturals.

I mentally scream STFU. So many people talk so loudly and most of it is just blather. Hayburner, go into the hallway and tell the people "you know, I can hear every word you say." Or ask them to move their conversation elsewhere. We quiet people need to be assertive.

I would suggest PT. You may need ultrasound and other treatment modalities. If you have pulled glutes, stretching may NOT be a good idea. I would see your doctor.
