Blob, thanks so much for this perspective and advice. You make good points. I think I might do as well just letting all my contacts including vets and farrier know what I am looking for. MC and I both claim frustration with the Trump administration but she suggests they are different issues than my issues. Let's see... Here are mine in no particular order... 1. Lettered people say Trump is exhibiting the same early signs as other dictators. Germany didn't see it coming either. 2. Em...

It's just that this is a dressage board, so most of us don't feel a need to discuss our educations, careers and political opinions and activities. I have discussed what I am not educated in (i.e., what I am unlettered in) much more than what I am lettered in. Again, you read into my posts what is o...

By the way, "unlettered" just means someone is untrained in some field. It has nothing to do with intelligence. Einstein was unlettered in scoliosis and I know way more about it than he did. But he is orders of magnitude more intelligent than me. I am unlettered in vet med so I had to ask ...

The other thing is the vet section should not just be for treatments that work. It should include mention if treatments have no evidence. If vets don't know some treatments don't have evidence of efficacy then random owners are screwed.
