Re: When you condone the torture-murder of journalists

Lettered people say this administration is heading down the path to fascism. Germany didn't see it coming either. Trump supporters are irretrievably ignorant or evil. Working class Republicans will reliably vote against their own economic interests and the wealthy Republicans play them routinely. Th...

Re: Musings on Hobby Horse, stall cleaning and seemingly irrelevant topics

Per my personal trainer, most right-handed people have a stronger left leg and vice versa. In doing the balancing exercises, that is certainly true for me. If by stiffness people are talking about getting a correct bend, that has to do with ROM of the inside hind and ability to rotate the barrel as ...

You cannot accept that. Put him in side reins. Pull him off balance. Guide him into the rail. I would start on a smaller circle to have more control. Be ready for this until you can quash it enough such that he doesn't try it. Every second he zoos around or gets loose is another 5 minutes you have t...

Amado, wow that looks like perfect land for horses! Their hearts must leap at the great expanses. Sounds like great footing too. Wow silk that is the land of draft crosses. I really like the term "Clydie". :-)

Enzo has a nice walk and canter.

Just for my own amazement and not for real, do you know how much it costs to bring a horse from NZ to the US?

Great score. Good work. When I helped rehab my horse over 10 years ago, his walk improved also. It was always purely 4 beat but became very prowly. In his case, I think we just got him back to his best walk as opposed to improving his natural walk. Canter is his best gait so there probably was a ver...

There use to be a couple of breeders of Clyde crosses (TBs, warmblood and saddlebred combinations) with varying degrees of Clyde blood in Ontario. Hi Bip. Can I ask what you are rehabbing from Lyme? Lyme is associated with intermittent moving lamenesses as far as I know. If they are cured with antibiotics the lamenesses disappear. My horse had Lyme and I really had nothing to rehab. I realize all cases are different.
