I can answer to the post-menopausal migraines. Yes. And, yes, the is a whole range of symptoms.

I have gotten Botox injections for the last year. I've had a grand total of 2 migraines in the past year as a result. Down from pretty much weekly. Check to see if that might be right for you.

I saw a similar article Tabby. They've chosen people who have worked in the fields relating to their ministries. I think this approach might be one of the reasons that it was easy to find highly qualified women.

Try it and see. Don't go into long-range plans/commitments. Start casually and see how it goes. But, yes, I have done this and it worked out great. (I've been both rider and owner at different times.)
