Unpleasant attack of intestinal distress going on here. Not sure if i ate something or its some sort of virus. DH of the iron constitution is perfectly fine, of course. That, and the fact that its already snowing like hell has me staying home again today. Ugh. Chisamba, you've done an outstanding jo...

I'll add to Blob's query, I've used cee coach during lessons and find the cord to be annoying, why don't we just call cell phone to cell phone and use a wireless earbud? Apparently I will be getting back on my horse Friday or Saturday. I can't wait. He's done really well in boot camp, now I have to see if I can maintain it. Tanga, I have been through the same thought process. And I watch him carefully for physical issues. I think, at the moment, its a mental zing not a physical one. My rebounder showed up today.
It's got the potential to be quite a workout! I am going to have to be VERY protective of my lower back and build up slowly, I can tell, but I think it could be quite good for aerobic and core fitness.
We shall see!

Tanga, I prefer a white or blue pad with blue breeches. Black and blue never quite work together in my mind.
Potters is making solid progress in his lessons,
I am still somewhat sidelined. My back is quite sore. it would seem that yoga is not for me! This too shall pass.

I just bought a Kieffer Rachel. I think it was $230. I really like the crown piece. It has an anatomical cut back around the ears and is padded in such a way as to reduce the pressure on the poll.
