Re: Covid 19

I like this. It really makes me angry that some people still blow this off as an older people's disease, etc. The interviews day after day after health care workers' distress about the mounting tidal wave of patients is heartbreaking. And they're putting their lives on the line everyday they go into...

Archer - where did you have the mountain lion sighting? That would be a treat! We saw a lynx (not a bobcat) one evening on a forest service road driving out from the 3 Fingers trailhead. He crossed the road right in front of us, in 2 huge bounds. Magical.

Many years ago, a neighbor (who had a rather large collection of feral cats) gave us 2 black kittens which she had socialized. They were cute as buttons, very affectionate, and bold. Early on, Crick disappeared, I think the roof estimator snatched him while he was here. Watson was with us for a few ...

Cougar? Beautiful. Yes, cougar, mountain lion, puma, catamount, many names. There is something so very wild about the big cats! Thanks everyone for your feedback! We ended up with a shelf, they put 2 tiles together back to back (they're ceramic, so the white does not go all the way through the tile), and then used 2 Schluter strips to cover the clay colored part of the tile. It turned out well! I can't believe this project i...

My thoughts exactly, more or less. You move the horse's shoulders around the circle, you don't pull the horse's head around the circle. Your outside leg helps to "close" the outside of the circle, and helps to bring the horse's shoulders around the circle. The horse's head is positioned to...

We're going with shelves! Trying to figure out a way to make it work due to tile issues (tile is ceramic so is not white all the way through, a clay edge would be exposed), but I think there is a solution. We're just doing 2 triangular shelves in corner, I didn't want to push in to adjoining closet ...
