honestly, changes are so complex and unlike most things in dressage where you get several strides to refine (if your shoulder in starts out without enough bend, you fix it on the next stride, you end up overbent, you straighten on the next, etc), you get one moment for it to either be good or bad. my dad had a pinched nerve in his neck-- a special pillow, physical therapy, and steriod injections did the trick in relieving the pain and ultimately keeping it away. Physical therapy probably being the the biggest factor in actually relieving the issue and not just the pain

anyone have any experience with ProStride?

My vet really likes them for certain joints, esp on horses that aren't especially old. BUT the only 2 people I know who have personally tried it felt that they did not see any real improvement. Curious if others have used it and seen improvement?

I also don't love the black pad, makes everything so dark: dark horse, dark shad, dark breeches, dark pad. I don't think you need to go stark white with any of it, but some contrast of light and dark is nice!
