Gel manicure

It was SO pretty! I went with a friend for my first ever manicure, almost three weeks ago. I've never kept nailpolish looking good, but this, as advertised, lasted without trouble and the only reason I decided to remove it was because it was growing out. Bought some nailpolish remover advertised as ...

IMHO, once you learn the technique you can become an artist. That is why artists spend time studying different artists' techniques, why musicians practice scales ad nauseum. Once you learn the technique, you can personalize and become an artist. For riding, that means adapting to each horse's indivi...

Oh goodie! Thanks! I have two pretty reasonable chicken, will make soup and roast them for Passover dinner. And make matzoh kugel, and brisket, and chremsels (fried and baked flattened matzoh balls). And some vegetable. Sigh. Forgot the shank bone.

what came first, the fryer or the roaster

Chicken?

Help. I need to make chicken soup, and just realized that the chicken I bought at Costco - organic - is labeled 'fryer." What is the difference between a fryer and a roaster chicken? Will it make a good soup (and a good chicken afterwards)?

TIA!

Heddy, I have one of those stiff pillows, shaped much like my Tempurpedic side to back pillow. It was too stiff to accommodate my fused neck, where it won't bend. Damn. I should sell all of my unusable (for me) pillows.

I have tried all the pillows in the world (it seems so anyway - I have a pile of rejects at home). I have had two cervical fusions so my neck won't take on a nice curve. Tried everything at Costco, tried MyPillow. The best was the Tempurpedic Back to Side pillow. http://www.brookstone.com/tempur-ped...

PRP = platelet rich plasma. It is derived from the dog's own blood, and injected into the area that has been damaged. The theory is that it brings along stem cells and growth factors that help repair damage. It is being used in people (their own blood, not a dog's!) and some people believe it really...
