I just suck on cough drops non stop. The lemon honey flavor is not too medicinal tasting.

Well obviously they aren't going to have meth equipment in the sales pics!
Somewhat buried, no windows, added ventilation, just looks like that's what it's purpose may have been originally.

Re: Home Buying
You can only fix for a certain amount of time. You can arrange to have a set amount on fixed, and a set amount on floating. But the interest rates do change over time so when you have to renew your arrangements you are at the mercy of the "market" to some extent. Things are of course diff...

Re: Home Buying
Don't do it! Home ownership sucks. Ok, if you are out of your twenties and absolutely sure that where you are buying is where you want to settle down for the next twenty years, then you can think about buying. As everyone else said, absolutely do NOT listen to what the bank says you can afford. I wa...

Re: Decrapification
What I've done for the things that are sentimental but you don't really want to keep is I take a picture of it before I give it away. Then I can always look at and spark the memory, but I don't have the actual thing hanging around taking up space. Yesterday, I threw away all my spices. Most of them ...

Re: 2015 DDBB Kringle: Last day to ship the presents!
Thank you so much racetrack reject! What a fun set of gifts! My cats were mesmerized by the toy and then their reaction to the bubbles was great - at first a little scared, but then they could smell the catnip and where trying to figure out where it was from! I love the Texas ornaments they went rig...

I think I received my gift! I got an unexpected package from Texas. It jingles! I am opening presents on Sunday night, so it is under the tree until then.

This is very minor, but thought I'd throw it out there. If you have any control over the mobile version, I'd rather the "thread started by" person be listed than the "last post by" person. Knowing who started the thread gives a bit more context than just the last person who posted.

Re: Can we talk about sox?
I really need some warm socks for the house. I don't like wearing shoes inside, but none of my socks are warm enough and I always have cold feet. I even have some Smartwool socks and they aren't any warmer than a pair of cotton ankle socks.

Paws, it is so great to see you again!! I'm sure all will work out for the best and since you are not close, don't sweat gift or no gift, going or not going, just do what's best for you when the time comes. I really think 1st weddings are the only ones where people should be expected to be showered ...

Re: Beginner students...dominant mare...a vent
Honestly, it does not sound like this is an appropriate horse for this situation. I do think that you need to help the students find other horses to lease and ride and gradually move this horse out of your program, and be up front with the owner about the situation.

Re: Having Sticker Shock: How much do your trainers charge at a show
Unfortunately to go to a show trainers are often giving up income they could have made by teaching lessons or clinics over the weekend, so they want to make sure they are getting enough income to make up for what they miss and for any clients they may lose of perpetually gone at shows on the weekend...

Not far from Orlando is Kennedy Space Center and I really enjoyed my visit there and getting to see the space shuttle Atlantis. In Miami you of course have to check out and walk around South Beach. Grab an outdoor table anywhere on Ocean Dr between 5th and around 10th and do some people watching. Wa...

Re: Do you "like" your own posts on Facebook and here?
Once or twice I've liked my own post on Facebook, but it's usually in a joking way and I comment on the post as well. I'm being cheeky or overly amused with myself. I don't think I've ever liked my own post on a forum.

Maybe they can give her a pocket sized wood carving instead? It's cool, but impractical. I mean, where do you keep it even when you get it home?

I'm looking for a similar horse as chancellor and I'm on your side of the country (I assume, as I'm on the opposite side as chancellor!). Can you provide more info?
