Chips that read temp would be a great tool for endurance and 3day riders in their conditioning work. It would be worth it to get a reader for these type trainers

These chips are universal and used a lot in research animals

If this is a natural pond I would not do anything to aerate. Let the natives do it. Dragonflies eat a ton of mosquito larvae, as do frogs. You may wish to add more cattail and perhaps a Salix species of native willow to promote habitat. You fish and game likely has a free program for promoting backy...

I fell in love with the delight that was my last horse, a QH of ranch type stock. This little peanut has that "look" I saw in Jays face and attitude.

I think the idea of an on-line auction combined with a vendor integration sounds great If art work/ items can be farmed out to locations, people can go see it and perhaps support local business ( coffee shops, bakeries, cafes bookstores etc) Also public areas like police and fire stations, libraries...

the all rhinestone browbands , on a sunny day, can really be distracting from "C"

I think this sounds like a great arrangement. your trainer gets good feedback at shows for her progressing training and you get a horse that will be ready for you when you ride You are going to be able to advance through the knowledge of the levels on a well trained horse. he sounds like a dreamboat

I work in industry A majority of our Phd and Senior scientists focus on the minutiae of how things work. That focus draws heavily on their ( and others ) academics I dont have a Phd or a Masters but love my job, am always challenged and earned enough that I can put away half of it into my retirement...
