Re: Bridle leather repair needed

Well.... It was a quick thing that happened. I had the reins over his neck while walking on the ground with him and was just starting to reach over to grab the reins to prevent them from falling too far foward so he wouldn't step on them.... And that's exactly what happened. :(. Snapped the straight...

Cervical pillow recommendations

Hello :) I am in need of a good cervical pillow. I currently have a "MyPillow" which starts out very comfy initially at night but as the night progresses..the fill moves and leaves me without neck support. I don't want anything super hard like the sobakawa one. Any suggestions? :) Thanks!

Bridle leather repair needed

I have a Pariani Italian leather bridle that I am in need of repairs for. Does anyone have some suggestions for a reputable person/place that will do a quality repair on this?

Thank you :)

EDC IM shots

Hello. :) Looking for info on an IM shot I just heard about. I was told it's called EDC and I know it contains HA. Used to help with arthritis. One of my fellow boarders recently started administering this to her horse and seems pretty happy with it. I'm going to email my vet to get info from her, b...

Beautiful little kitty <3 Whichever high quality food you decide on, just make sure she is getting enough moisture in her diet. Cats love crunchy foods, but don't always drink enough water. Make sure she is getting good quality wet/canned food also :) Later in life they can develop kidney problems i...

We both snore  When I went back to college, I started sleeping with soft earplugs and it's been a great thing lol! My poor hubby does get woken up by my snoring though. We're a pair!

Snoring

So… Has anyone seen those soft looking, almost headband-ish cloth devices that fit around the chin and up over the head to supposedly help prevent snoring? I'm wondering if that actually works. Seems like it would help hold your jaw a little bit in place. What do you guys think?

I did previously talk with my vet and she did say we could up the dosage a bit safely without a problem. I may also ask about the Pentosan since I believe it can be given IM. I was briefly using Surpass on the pastern, but you can't use it on several body parts.

Thank you for the feedback. I board at a Hunter Jumper barn and a few horses are on it there. I was kind of thinking that it probably wouldn't help with the arthritis.
