Great dinner tonight: pork loin roast seared and then pressure cooked in the Instant Pot with shallots, mushrooms, beef demi glace, Rosemary, thyme and dried lemon, then the liquid taken out and cooked down into a gravy. Got home later than planned from the barn (but trimming feet is so fun, and my gelding's feet finally decided to let me trim his excess bar!)

I dilute Tide and spray the blanket down, scrub with a stiff brush, then pressure wash until clean and soap free. Hang dry.

Also ditto on the tent spray. We don'the get a ton of rain here, YMMV in wetter conditions.

I'm pregnant and have horrible food aversions, the smell of food makes me so sick I haven't cooked anything other than frozen waffles in weeks. When it's getting over 95, I try to get up extra early and ride before work.

My little appy would start getting more lazy and behind the leg once temps got into the 90's, which was not a good combo with me getting grumpy when I'm drenched in sweat. Having a shady place to ride would help a lot.
