Very strange. Perhaps they think that being schooled by a trainer is the big pay off? But really...the horse is schooled once a week? And then possibly ruined five days a week after that? I do know someone that tried that. The owner of the horse wizened up to it fast. Trainer just didn't see what s...

When was the last time the horse was trimmed and how often? What I'm seeing is very long/low toes - actually overall the whole hoof is really low but due to weak heels. I see that kind of tucking pretty regularly on horses foundering on the frontends but especially more so when they are more off on one front foot but still not comfortable on the other. If the horse moves like this pretty regularly, she's going to be sore over the rear too. She's constantly cramping...

Boston must have some kind of great signage. I've been on many a limited access road which gives no warning at all about what lane you need to be in. It is so effing frustrating. The tolls are on the back of the ticket you take prior to getting on the turnpike (I lived about fifteen minutes from Kathy ). I am talking about the Ohio Turnpike, a highway that is clearly marked to be a toll road. You do not have to get on the turnpike. But if you decide to use the turnpike, you have to stop at a ticket booth and get a ticket that clearly shows that there will be a fee for driving on the turnpike. So yo...
