Thanks for sharing the pictures. The pony's procedure was definitely more intense than what my guy has been through. Lad is due for a dental check next month, so we'll see if there are any other candidates for extraction.

Hi, Texsuze Lad is 20. He is doing great at this point. You'd never know he has had any teeth pulled. He is still able to eat carrots, etc. There is another tooth that is loose - when #3 is pulled that may change things. The extractions have not caused him any problems, at all, so I'm very optimisti...

I am talking to my vet tomorrow. A local trainer had this to say:

He is very strong and sound....and his mind is great ...take good care of him and he will do all you need for him to do...

Did the vet mention anything about a condition called EORTH? Kind of sounds like you are describing. My retired horse has it.

Becoming a librarian was a mid-life event for me. I earned my MSLS from Catholic University in 1998. At the time, if you wanted to go to library school and you had to stay living in Virginia, Catholic was it - online degrees were just emerging. We love TJ's organic raisin bran and maple pecan clusters breakfast cereals. Also, their different flavor breakfast bars-fig, apple, etc. TJ's has a really good quinoa and black bean chip, too - and a luscious ready made bavarian chocolate pudding!

I had a hard time warming up to Outlander, too, despite my friends' raves. I ended up going for the audio version and loved it. Ended up going back to reading for the last couple of the series.
