Re: Home Buying
At current interest rates it's doable, but if they increase at all I'd be stuffed. FWIW, I would never consider an adjustable rate mortgage. It's fixed rate or it's a no-go in my book... You can only fix for a certain amount of time. You can arrange to have a set amount on fixed, and a set amount o...

Re: Home Buying
You can get a house for under 50k??!! I'd buy a house outright if I could get one for even 200k... I'd be looking at spending 500k if I wanted a modest house. I have a decent deposit and will be buying into mum's property (the family home & land) instead of buying in town and doing up/reselling...

Thank you! I really, really like the 'feel' of the book on the right, it has lovely photographs. The Fatted Calf book is illustrations rather than photos but the recipes look great.

I wonder though... does wrapping the beef in pastry mean I don't "need" to cook Yorkies? Or can I do both?

The point of index/match is it will find things in a row, or column, or both. You just can't have two identical lookup entries with different results - eg two lots of Lazy Susan in the list - but you can apparently match with two criteria (I don't know how!).
