Something called Nutty Chicken (I'm not cooking - our boarder/flatmate's daughter is visiting and so she's cooking one of the favourite dinners).

Here you can (with difficulty) get pellets that are a by product of processing hemp seed for oil. It is still a complete protein source (all 10 required AAs) for horses. They love it. what about cooking the breasts whole, then slicing in half to serve, but allowing them to choose whether they want a half or a whole? If you prepare enough for them to each have a whole breast, and they only have a half, then you have leftovers for the next night's dinner.
