I almost bought a faux leather look living room set this past year for the same reasons (dogs and cat in house). It looked like real leather, but it was something like the Ultrasuede material. If you like the look of leather, you see if you can find something in that material to see if you like it.

We are staying at Great Bear Inn. We are going during the wrong time of the year apparently. The National Park service said they are 98% of capacity but if I'd go a week later, it would only be 50%. I have a digital antenna as well. I can get Fox, NBC, CBS (sporadically), ABC, MeTV, COZI, and something called Grit with the outside antenna. MeTV and COZI play old shows like Gunsmoke and Andy Griffith and MASH.

My cousin is an author who has done a little bit of self-publishing for some of his newer work, and I believe he wrote a blog or article about the ins and outs of self-publishing. I'll see if I can find it or have him to send it to me, for you.

I love the color one! As WMW mentioned, I would wear it on a t-shirt, or even a cap, as well. I could see it matted and hung on the wall in a bright airy space or a kid's room as well. (This is kind of my job, take client's ideas and incorporate them into their custom home in a way that works..lol)
