And frankly, stella, posts like yours are one of the main reasons I don't bother with the political forum anymore...except to come in as moderator once in awhile.

This country is a country divided. Neither side wants to cross the aisle. And that is a very big problem.

Frankly, I think it is a case of not wanting to bother speaking to the other politicos on this board since no one's mind ever seems changed. Republicans on this board (like UDBB) are outnumbered by a LOT. And sometimes, it is just not worth arguing.

Where's my White- you and I are generally one the same side. But, I think that this action by Obama is a good one. If it stops even ONE gun violence episode it has helped. I fully support the second amendment. But I think that stricter gun laws are necessary.
