Looks like the indoor accessory is $60, although I didn't read all the specs to see if anything else would be needed. Soloshot says it only tracks to 100' indoors, so it would probably need to be set up in the center of most indoors.

You'd have to reduce daily caloric intake by 500 calories a day to lose 1 pound in a week. That's a big calorie reduction. That's why weight loss is slow. IMO, slower is better, because it's the most effective way to change one's eating habits in a way that can be sustained. I yoyo dieted for years...

I get someone to tip the hoof over like that and then just use the nippers to take off the excess length, and that's all I need to do. Even the oldest ones do a good job of keeping the frog and sole in good shape as long as the walls don't get long.
