Yes we are now this old. My beloved Galileo turned 28 on March 5. I’ll be 73 on June 6! He is thriving great energy doing well. I’ve had a hard winter but getting back slowly in shape, he’s so easy to ride and such a part of me literally the only time I actually feel like any kind of viable is when I’m on his back. This horse such a blessing.

Ah thx for the nice comments.
No I won’t be doing any public displays ie show rides . Never did show him he made his name as a high level event horse here although his dressage is beautiful I just enjoy every day with him.

I’ll try to remember how to upload pics

Whohoo!
I am targeting that too. I still have to wait about 8 more years. Kyra will be 27 and I will be 73. I might even try to make it to a show if we are both serviceable when that day comes. My BD is August so if I want to show off at a show, I may have to wait until the next year.

Congrats on the milestone and he sounds like a real gem. Continue enjoying him.
