Flight's horses and rider idea

So as not to add any unnecessary comments to the new horse and rider thread, I started this thread to say "GREAT idea" Flight. I will try to get a pic of me riding Emma next week. I have another horse, Rocky, but I don't post about her in the goals thread so I won't add her pic in the new thread to keep the thread as streamlined as possible.

Remember if you want to link your Facebook photos you can do it so they show up in the thread (without opening the link)

open your pic in FB,
right click on pic and 'copy image address'

open 'full editor and preview' here
click on Img and paste the link betwen the two Img things.

Yes! I just joined FB so I could post pics here. DH is going to take some pics of me riding Emma tomorrow so now I can post them easily! Thanks Flight for the info on how to do it. Not sure why the picture is so big. It's my other horse, Rocky, ready for the trail.

I was wondering how I was ever going to post vids when I get the soloshot 3. Can that be done through FB too?

any advice on how to make the picture smaller when posting from FB? I tried cropping in, reposting to FB, and then copying from FB to here and it was still big.

You'd have to resize the image, not just crop. Cropping can still keep the image size as the original size, not shrink it down if that makes sense?

So, if you right click and go 'inspect' on the above photos, you can see that mine is 600 x 400 and yours is 612 x 817.

I upload my soloshot vids to youtube. You can upload vids to facebook (not sure of the size limitations though) and share the link.
