Debbie Rodriguez - Success in the Saddle
Debbie Rodriguez - Success in the Saddle
Saw this mentioned on another board. I REALLY need to start working my core (wth happened to it over the last couple of years?) Has anyone got this? Think it's worth getting? Link here... http://www.successinthesaddle.com

These DVDs are great!
A whole body workout, but focused on core strength and overall flexibility. They've really improved my position and stamina. Only 20 min each, but you'll be tired at the end of a workout!

Ahh, I used to do these religiously >3 times each week. Skip the very last session as it's mostly stretching. I'd also double up and do one session + the ab session each time (so 40 minutes).
I belong to a gym now (to get more cardio classes), and they have a core class that is amazing and super hard. Pilates also helped with my stability and flexibility.

I can't speak about this set but I have found a lot of free workouts on YouTube. Also dressage clinic. com has a fitness section.

What about the rodeo rider piece of equipment? Anyone using this?
I have very little time to actually exercise, full time job, house, 2 horses, 6-7 days a week at barn for a good 4-5 hours....by the time I get home at 9:00 pm - I'm just too tired to think about popping in a video and working out....but, maybe I could sit on this rodeo bike while I watch an hour of tv..
Reviews? What muscles does it actually work on and improve?
