Bill Woods as a clinician?

Postby onetrickpony » Mon Jan 18, 2016 4:55 pm

I have an opportunity to ride in a clinic with Bill Woods in the spring. I am not familiar with him and wondered if anyone here has any experience to share? I have been told that he is kind, classical, and has a great sense of humor. You can PM me if preferred.

I haven't ridden with him personally, but I used to listen to his audio tapes back in the days when we had those :) Excellent. You can also find some good teaching videos on you tube if you want to know what you're in for.

He's hilarious. You need to have a bit of a thick skin and not offended easily (when i was a teenager, asked me if I had a boyfriend that rode a motorcycle because that's how I rode my corners). I enjoyed it greatly and learned a TON.

Honest to goodness great guy. I've known him for 36 years and you won't find anyone more sincere, funny, and articulate.
