Favorite way to flavor kambucha?

I've been brewing kambucha for the past few months and been mostly drinking it plain. What is your favorite way to flavor it?

I like a splash of a very strong-flavored juice like tart cherry or pomegranate. I also like to throw slices of fresh ginger in there after the fermentation process. For some reason I've never done lemon, but I'd think that would be good too.

How do you make yours? I've kind of settled on using half green and half black tea, but I'm a pretty lackadaisical kombucha maker. I was using up my inventory of old tea bags, but now I need to go out and purchase some tea for my next batch, so I can actually be selective about the variety.

I generally add Manuka honey to flavor Kambucha.
