I'm in need of a new cookie recipe. I've got tried and true oatmeal raisin/chocolate chip down pat. Looking for a good recipe that is not chocolate (because unlike me, not everyone loves chocolate). Thanks for any suggestions!

We like an oatmeal choc chip cookie with or without the choc chips (or M&M's).

1 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup chopped nuts

Pumpkin Whoopie Pies are also good, as are Spritz Cookies, or Spiced Shortbread Cookies.
