Has anyone used these? There is a new/unused set on CL for a pretty good price, it sounds intriguing. Any experience out there?

My DH has one of these that he uses for bread. It works well. It is important to heat the cooker in the oven before putting the dough in to bake, or else the bread tends to stick (coated clay cookers do not have that problem).
