Remember this little stinker? Before and after.
This is Magic, the mini stallion we rescued last February. He had been running in a herd of mini mares, but had not been handled much. He's still a stallion because he's a really good boy.

Gosh, what a makeover. He looks like such a little gentleman.

He's lovely.

Kathy-
I may have missed an update, but how is Mama doing? I so enjoyed reading about your journey with her.

Lovely! From savagely fluffy to civilised

Kathy Johnson, you make it difficult for me to not come to the board and just look at the pictures! I've looked for a few years now and you're, of course, one name I always look for to see pretty pictures.
The first time I remember noticing you was with an older Grey mare. Not sure, but her name may have been Minuette. The before and after pics were amazing.
Anyway, thanks for your posts.

That's a real transformation! And how wonderful that he's such a good boy you didn't have to put him through brain surgery. I've never seen such tiny ears!

Oh, Minuet is still with us, maybe 25 or 26 now. She is still trucking around with kids in programs and lessons. She's a good girl.
Before
After
As for Mama, I think the best I can do is write up the final chapter for this board. That sounds kind of good, an ending and a beginning. I'll work on that and get back to you all.
In the meantime, I'm enjoying Magic and a couple of others. This was his first time hitched. The worst thing we did was put the carrots in the cart bucket and he knew they were back there the whole time. Next time, he gets breakfast before he goes out.

Carpevita, he had a good spring and summer, full time lover boy, making hay with Suzy in our backyard. I don't *think* she took, and since that's all he wanted to keep doing, we separated them recently. I'm pretty sure it would be transformative!

That before and after of Minuet is amazing. Little Stinker ain't bad either!
