Ideas for 18 month old? Horsey themed preferable

Postby Tabby » Wed Dec 02, 2015 10:46 pm

What to get my niece for Christmas? I would love something horsey themed to torment her non-horsey parents with! It also has to be something I can order online and have shipped directly to them (in Halifax). Any good ideas?

I double checked to make sure she doesn't already have one and I found a rocking horse on Amazon on sale 50% off with free shipping (yay)!!! I'm going to be the favourite aunt when she gets old enough!!!

Tabby…which rocking horse did you buy? I am looking for one for our 10 month old grand daughter on Amazon. Right now... I am looking at the Grow-with-me Pony! Still plenty of time to buy so I am still looking.

Thanks!

Rocking horses can be problematic for very young kids. Mine managed to get her foot under the rail and hurt herself.

For an 18 month old Rody horse is better (and more torturous for the parents). You can also add a base to it and make it into a rocking horse. But jumping one is more fun! http://www.rodytoy.com/
