Favorite way to flavor kambucha?

I've been brewing kambucha for the past few months and been mostly drinking it plain. What is your favorite way to flavor it?

I love any citrus with ginger and soon I'll do strawberry rhubarb. I last used pink grapefruit juice and loved that too.
How much do you make at one time?

I make about 3.5 quarts at a time. The citrus with ginger sounds good. I used some mix berries this weekend and it tasted pretty good. Does the amount of time of the fermentation dictate the amount of probiotics that are in the kombucha? I have found that in the warmer weather I ferment for about 5 days to get the taste that I'm looking for.

I'm not sure about that Nijm -- I do know that I don't like the winter brew as well -- maybe temp is more important than I thought (cold house)
