KWPN-NA owner look up

My heart horse, who unfortunately does not belong to me, had her last foal in 2014. I have been kicking myself ever since for not purchasing the filly the day she was born. The breeder of the filly and I had a falling out which led me to walk away. I would love to find out who her owner is and make sure that she is doing well. Is there any way to look up owners through KWPN-NA? If not, any idea of how to find her? Thanks you in advance, this little girl has been on my mind.
